This is a very rare black titanium keyring by Tiffany and Company. It’s the wavy version of Notes New York City 727 5th. The key ring is in excellent condition. I don’t think it was ever used but I’m not sure so I listed it as a used item. It does come and it’s original box with pouch inside the box has a little bit of stains
