This genuine KitchenAid by Hobart stand mixer motor cap and brush set came from a 1960s model 4C.  These caps are white in color.  However, I do believe they will work other models that had the white cap color also.  The white caps came on mixer models 3C (all colors except copper) and all models of 4C.  The newer model 4Cs require the newer style carbon brush with the angled cut side.  These are the older style brushes that have four perfectly square sides.  The older style brushes will not work in the newer style mixers that have the angled cut insert.  

Motor brush has approximately 40% life left in them (several years of use left).  Price has been reduced to reflect its condition.
