In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during transit please REFUSE delivery and the driver will bring the item back to our warehouse or contact us for further advice. All deliveries are made by a single delivery driver unless otherwise stated, they may try to bring the appliance to the desired location of your choice, but they are not required or paid to do so. If the driver cannot safely move the appliance to the desired location then they will deliver it to the nearest point. Please have someone ready to help just in case. The delivery driver will make every effort to protect your appliance and home from damage. It is your responsibility to move any ornaments, furniture, etc. Also if you are concerned about any damage to your floor it is your responsibility to put down a protective layer. The driver is not liable for any damage to your property or to the item if helping to bring the item inside. If you need a two man delivery please don’t hesitate to contact us and this can be arranged an extra fee. If you are worried about your drive way or flooring inside of the property it is your responsibility to make sure it is covered with a protective sheet or inform us before we arrive. Bulldog Appliances and our third party transport companies are not liable for any damage to your property including the outside of your property and your drive way. Please check the item will fit into your house before purchase as returns for this item will be refunded however you will have to pay the cost for return postage and the original postage costs. |
