Payment terms:
We prefer Paypal/Ebay payments.Payments must be received latest 7 days after auction close.We offer to combine more items/auctions for period of 7 days.Once you are done with bidding/purchase,please let us know and we send you final invoice for all items including combined postage. Please do not pay combined purchase separately,please ask us for final invoice including combined shipping fees.

Shipping & handling:
Primary we use registered priority airmail and ship parcels usually within 3 days after payment is received

We combine shipping:

We use flat fee calculation for multiple item orders (pay highest shipping fee of first item and than deduct % from other items).In most situations it should work well,for jewelry items,regular not too heavy specimens,etc.In some cases,when order contains some heavier items,we may need to modify shipping fee (add or substract some fee).Some specimens need more packing material and it may increase final package weight.We will inform,if calculated shipping costs need to be changed.

Optional express shipping:
Expedited shipping is available only upon prior agreement/request before payment is done.For some destinations we have expedited shipping price as optional choise.If this is not available for your destination,please ask and provide your shipping address.

Customs fees and charges:
We are not responsible for import fees,duties and taxes,buyer is responsible to pay and handle importing process.We have to declare true value of parcel.Please calculate with available additional charges and decide before you bid or place order.
