This is a vintage Porsche Design briefcase.
This type can be locked with a number. Since there is no particular number lock setting, it will open with 000.
I think it's quite rare. I ordered it from a French shop at the time. Although it has been dormant for many years, it is not in bad condition. There are some scratches on the leather, but it maintains a high quality texture. There is a gap in the handle (last image).
