This is an archtop model manufactured on an OEM basis at the factory of Samick, a long-established Korean musical instrument manufacturer.
This is a signature model with the name of jazz guitarist Joe Pass on the truss rod cover, and features a rounded cutaway.

- Pickguard missing.
- The label inside the F hole has been removed, and there are traces of some kind of sticker and graffiti (not visible from the outside).There is also a thin trace of a sticker on the back.
- There are some dents on the frets on the treble string side, but there is no clogging of the sound.

The strings are D'Addario Nickel Round Wound Jazz Extra (3 string round).
