This is a new old stock, original Mopar, plastic bulkhead connector for 1972-1985 Dodge and Plymouth trucks. Often melted at the charging wires, these are very hard to find in good used shape, let alone brand new! This won't last long, don't wait on it. Once they're gone, they're gone.
