Postage cost does not include any Customs duties or taxes that may be applicable in your country. If necessary you will have to make your own arrangement to clear customs.

RETURNS:

All items are tested and checked before being dispatched.

If your item is faulty or broken, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to arrange an exchange/return.If an exchange is not available, we will refund you initial cost including postage.

No longer needed or incorrectly ordered items

Buyer is liable to pay return postage and a deduction of 20% re-stocking fee will be applied. Outgoing postage will not be covered also.  All our items come with a unique marking.

All faulty items wherever possible we will try to replace the item, failing to do so we will refund in full including any return postage.

(As long as the part has not been tampered with if the part has been altered or modified this voids the warranty and the returns policy)
