This table clock was designed by world renowned clock makers Kieninger from the Black Forest in Germany.


Measuring 29cm in height, this exquisite mechanical mantel clock features an impressive silvered chapter ring dial with neat roman numerals and breguet hands; a separate seconds dial; and a unique design that allows high visibility into the inner gears of the mechanism. The overall design is made from timber with a rich Walnut finish and bevelled glass on all 4 sides as well as the top to allow high visibility into the inner mechanisms from all angles.


This elegant clock is fitted with a high quality key wound 8-day 4/4 Westminster chime movement played on 8 gongs made strike function & jewelled lever Swiss escapement. As this clock is an 8 day key wound chime mechanism it required winding once a week. It plays the famous Westminster chime quarterly and hourly, before striking the numer of hours on the hour. To wind the clock you simply insert a key into the holes present in the dial. In addition to these features, the clock also features an automatic night-time shut-off to allow you a sound sleep, and a key drawer at the bottom of the timepiece for safe storage. The movement and the case are both 100% German made, ensuring an item of high quality.
