I really don't know what I have here, and google isn't helping me much. It is some sort of beer tap. Looks very clean like it may have never been installed. The tower does have some nicks and other wear, but the mounting plate is fairly clean. I don't know what parts it may be missing. There is what looks like a gasket in the baggy. Hs four total spouts, and three handles total (one in baggy). The tower is about 12" tall. The mounting plate is about 4.5" diameter. The tubs looks to be just over 2 foot long. The model number is from the tower, not sure if the spouts are from the same company or not.
