This is from a 1939 Imperial - Possibly the script that mounts of the side of the hood - However; confirm measurements to make sure, as it may have another placement on the vehicle 

Measures aprox 4-5/8"  Has a 3 pin attachment - end pin to other end pin 3-5/8"

Original emblem by Fox Co that has been chrome plated - fantastic finish
