The box is hinged and has a clasp.

It features a raised wood piece on the top lid featuring a palm tree and a flamingo.
On the lid is written, "St. Augustine, Fla." 

4-1/8" by 2-5/8" and 2-1/8" tall

The trinket box is previously owned. There are some small scratches. There is a small semi-circle of damage to the wood on the lid near the back. Please see photos. The clasp and hinges are in good condition and work well. The box will ship to you from a smoke free home.
