Kurt 5 axis Universal Adapter Plate BP8

It is 8" round, 1" thick and the cover plate is another 1/8 inch.

Comes with cover plate. Has some sticker residue.

There is no brand or model name on this, this is typical for these. This was mounted on a 4th axis, along with other hardware.
