I believe it is an adult small, but there is no tag.  Check measurements against a shirt that fits you for comparison. It measures 21" arm pit to arm pit. Measures 47" from shoulder seam to bottom of fabric, not including fringe. The sleeves are 23" from the top seam to the cuff.

There are some small spots typical of age and usage.  The item was recently dry cleaned.
