The exceptions are custom orders, engraved orders, eternity band rings, ring sizes smaller than size US 3 and larger than size US 9 and goods on layaway plans. Please note that if the item has no quality problems, a restocking fee for each item will be charged for the return and exchanges will be charged a fee too.
