RARE BENZIE Cowes Silver Enamel Tie Pin Advertising CORUM Admiral Watch Watches Burgee Pennant .
This is in Good Condition . The Enamel has no chips or cracks , it has light wear after 60 years of use . The Enamel is set on a white metal burgee , this is stamped BENZIE COWES 078 . This is probably Silver but it does not have a Hallmark . Benzie are a Nautical Jewellery maker in Cowes Isle of Wight and they only use the finest of materials . The pin itself is made from yellow metal , again , this is not hallmarked .
This has the Corum Watches Motif on the Burgee Pennant or Flag . I believe it was made to                        compliment the Admiral Watch Collection which was established by Corum in 1960.

The House of CORUM watchmakers were established in 1955 in La Chaux De Fonds in the Jura mountains in Switzerland . They are one of the finest watchmakers. This was made by and is stamped Benzie & Sons who are still retailing in Cowes on the Isle of Wight
This is a fabulous piece for anyone with an interest in sailing , marine , maritime , yachting , nautical or maritime memorabilia , or for a collector of CORUM Watches. I believe this particular TiePin may be unique . I cannot find another one .This is a RARE , perhaps Unique opportunity to acquire a fabulous piece of men’s jewellery.Good Luck .
It would make the perfect present.
