This is for a Vintage 6.5” Lady Head Vase, Hand Up, Brown Hat and Pony Tail. This head vase is in great condition, but does have some slight paint run spots on the face and neck. It measures 6.5" tall  x 4" at its widest point. I got these and others at a Estate Sale.
