Vintage Yemen tribal necklace with 9 carnelian stones.

This necklace is a one of a kind, all hand made. I am not an expert in this type of item however I’ve been told it is Yemen.

The 3 hanging barrel like pendants each have a carnelian stone on either end. They are also decorated with a beautiful blue stone and I’m told it may be glass.

This is old, vintage and may be an antique. The necklace appears to be missing 3 of the dangling metal imprinted attachments at the very bottom.

I haven’t tested the metal. A magnet doesn’t stick to it. It definitely has a lot of patina.

Selling as is…

The chain part that goes around the neck measures 22” long. The drop from the center part of the necklace to the bottom pendant is 11.5”. Overall I believe the necklace will drop 19” when fastened around your neck.
