FREE STANDARD DELIVERY

We offer FREE UK Mainland delivery on all of our products. At the moment, we are unable to offer off shore deliveries on Larger Items. 

PREMIUM DELIVERY 

You can choose premium delivery on our smaller items for a charge of £4.95, this means your order will be delivered next day. If ordered before 1pm on a working day (Mon-Fri)

DISPATCH

We aim to dispatch your item between 1-2 business days from receiving your order. Most deliveries are delivered 2-3 days after dispatch and between business hours of Monday – Friday.

COURIER

We send all of our items via a tracked and trusted courier service, once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be added to your order details. 

TWO-MAN DELIVERY - LARGE/HEAVY ITEMS

We offer a bespoke 2 man delivery service for all of our Larger Furniture Items, Large Rugs and Large Gym equipment. We use our own logistics team; Bravich Logistics. This means that your large items arrive with you safely and carefully. 

1. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email of the estimated delivery date (We strive to deliver your large items within 5-10 Business days from the dispatch date)

2. Within this time frame, you will be contacted by phone to receive confirmation of your delivery date and 4-hour time slot. 

3. An email will follow the phone call, so you have all the information you need for your delivery at hand. 

4. Please provide the best contact number on your order as the delivery drivers will call you when they are an hour away from your address. This will allow you to step out of the property and come back in time to accept your delivery. 

For Large item delivery to flats, please note that the staircase has to be at least 90 cm wide. 

If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team and they will be happy to help.

HOLIDAYS

Please accept that delivery around the festive and holiday periods may be delayed due to the volume of orders being dispatched from our warehouse and also the number of orders being given to the couriers.

Returns & Replacement Policy

30 days refund

If you are not satisfied or have an issue with your purchase, or you would like to return your item, please contact us first so we can book your return accordingly. We cannot accept unauthorised returns and if items are returned without pre-authorisation, we will not be able to offer you a refund. Please contact us within 30 days from your purchase date regarding a return.

Damages or Incorrect Item

If your order is incorrect or damaged, please contact us as soon as you have received your order with your order ID and images of the product. This will enable us to authorise a prepaid returns label if needed or request you to dispose of any damaged items accordingly. A refund can then be processed, Refunds usually take between 3-5 business days to reach your account.

Customer Return

Once your return has been authorised by our Customer Service department, you have 30 days from your purchase date to return the item to us. The item needs to be unopened, unused and in original packaging. If you have simply changed your mind and want to return the item, the cost of the return will need to be covered by you. Once your return has been authorised by us, you will need to send the item back to us and supply us with the tracking ID and courier information. Our customer service team can advise you on which courier or postal service to use to return your item.

Refunds

Once we have received the item back, we will then check the condition and then refund you accordingly. Refunds usually take between 3-5 business days to reach your account.

1 Year Money Back Guarantee 

Furniture returns and guarantee

All Furniture items are covered by a one-year manufacturing guarantee. 

  • The buyer must report all damaged in delivery issues within 14 days of the delivery. 
  • The buyer must report all manufacturing faults within 30 days of the delivery.
  • The buyer is required to have original packaging in the event of faulty goods returned within 30 days of the delivery.
  • The buyer has the right to return the purchased goods up to 30 days from the delivery date. 
  • The buyer is required to notify the seller of wish to return the goods buy contacting customer support. 
  • The buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges for the goods. 
  • If the purchased goods develop a fault within the first 6 months from the delivery date, the buyer is required to notify the seller as soon as possible. 
  • Investigations for manufacturing faults: 
  • The seller will require information regarding the claim of a manufacturer fault. This may include, but is not limited to, a detailed description of the issue and how it has developed, photographs, videos, etc.
  • If the buyer does not provide the information within 14 days of the request, the seller will close the case and reserve the right to refuse further investigation. 
  • After six months it is the buyer’s responsibility to prove that the issue with the goods is a manufacturing fault. 
  • If the seller’s investigation determines that the fault is not a manufacturing issue, the buyer has the right to source an independent expert and present the evidence to the investigation team. The seller will not be liable for any extra charges incurred in this process. 
  • In the event that a wooden or metal bed and or sofa frame is purchased, the seller is not responsible for replacing damaged parts if the bed frame or sofa has been improperly constructed or improperly used. Any metal or wooden bed frame that is being used on laminate or wooden flooring must have anti-slip pads under the centre legs, and they must be straight, or the bed will collapse. Also, the bed once assembled, is not to be dragged with the mattress on it, as this will cause excess pressure on the central support causing the bed to collapse.
  • Seller reserves the right to withdraw the guarantee of the item in the following situations: 
  • If the Buyer has attempted to repair the damage to the goods themselves
  • If the Buyer has not followed our product care guides available on the website. 
  • If the Buyer has not used the appropriate cleaning products and has created cosmetic damage 
  • If the Buyer has misused the items in any way 

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened shapewear, underwear & jewellery
