VINTAGE GREEN HAT

I have absolutely no idea what this shamrock green hat is exactly. It was in with a lot of cool toys from the 1960’s. It is marked Commonwealth and there were several Black Magic Hats made by Commonwealth during that time. Just thought someone may be interested.
