Product Information

Our privacy glass gets its darkened colour as a result of a high quality staining process as opposed to a cheap, low quality tinting film.

It is fully e-marked, tempered safety glass which is compliant with all necessary regulations.

All our window variants provide for a perfect, flush finish with no bowing or misaligned edges. For this reason, it is thesame glass we have been using in all our conversions for decades.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS All of our products, including glass, are sold for the UK market where we have Right Hand Drive vehicles. If you are ordering products for a Left Hand Drive vehicle and are unsure if the product will be compatible, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping Information

We send most of our parcels with DHL Parcel (UK Mail). This service is totally FREE* (to Zone A, UK Mainland addresses) on all fixed price listings.

You should receive your order within 1-3 working days assuming the order is placed by 2pm. If you place your order after this time (or on a weekend or bank holiday), please calculate your expected delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day.

DHL Parcel will require a signature upon delivery. If you have ordered windows, they will arrive in specially designed boxes marked 'Glass' and bearing our logo.

Tracking details will be provided to you by email or text as soon as they become available.

Rest assured, all our items are insured as they make their way to you, so if anything unexpected does happen and your windows arrive broken, we will endeavour to get a replacement order sent out to you as soon as possible. We must be notified of any damaged goods as soon as reasonably possible.

Please note, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the courier, however, we will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. All goods will be delivered within 30 days. This includes delivery to the Scottish Islands.

International Customers are liable for any customs and import fees that may be applicable to their transaction.

If you are based outside Zone A, eBay should automatically charge you for shipping when you enter your address.
