ANTIQUE ITALIAN seed beads.  Size 12/0.    These beads are all unused, never circulated vintage stock.  These are a beautiful "Transparent Purple" color which hasn't been made in years and won't be most likely ever again.  Those currently made are dyed and these are solid color thru out.   I bought these and others direct from the bead company decades ago.    This particular color I see used a lot on Plateau and Crow beaded items.  These are sold in 1 ounce bags ( but are about 35 grams as I bag them generously )  They have been in my possession for many years...I have professionally restored Native Art for over 35 years and the beads I am selling off overstock that I am unlikely to use.  All photos of beads taken in outdoor natural morning light and not altered in any way.  THESE ARE THE OLD PURPLE BEADS.  THEY ARE NOT DYED.  AND THEY ARE FULL ONE OUNCE PLUS BAGS.

Also a antiquing tip - because these have not been used before,  if you want a more "Old" looking bead,  you can give them a quick wash in a diluted glass etching solution and then rinse well,  and/or if the bead have a pearled or mirrored finish on them and you want to get to the base glass color - a quick was in muriatic acid,  followed by a rinse in a baking soda bath will do the job well for you.    Thought I would throw that out there as some of these uncirculated beads look very new, but are over 120 years old because they were all in their original packages when I got them.

As for postage - PLEASE READ THIS FIRST - Every and all packages will have a $12.50 postage rate as I ship using flat rate boxes.  Far easier for me to do,  instead of paying for envelopes,  figuring out what each weighs and then the postage on them.   So POSTAGE ON ALL WILL BE $12.50 - If you buy one purchase or buy it all.  I will only change for the first $12.50 and then combine all purchases together. If you buy more than what fits into a small flat rate box,  it doesn't matter.  I will upsize and that cost will be on me.

Thank you for looking.  I will be continually adding beads as I go along, as I have many to go thru and figure out what I need and what I don't.  Stay tuned.
