Ingredients: Organic Broccoli (34%), Water*, Organic Peas (29%), Organic Spinach (7%).

Directions for use: MICROWAVE: Do not place the pouch in microwave. Squeeze contents into a clean microwaveable bowl and heat for the time specified (750W - 19 seconds/850W - 16 seconds/1000W - 14 seconds). TO WARM: Stand the pouch in simmering water for 60 seconds. Squeeze into a clean bowl and stir. Stir well and always test the temperature before feeding. It is important to follow these instructions.
Warnings: When feeding a child please ensure they are sitting down and supervised to reduce the risk of choking. The cap could be a choking hazard; keep away from children under 36 months. Do not allow children under 36 months to feed directly from the pouch. If pouch is damaged or seems unusually inflated with air, do not feed to your baby. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, use immediately. Not suitable for freezing.
