It is pretty dusty and dirty manly because of how long it was sitting in the PC for. It has 4 DDR3 Ram Sticks in the slot adding up to 16GB, It's CPU is an AMD FX 8350. 

The motherboard does in fact work since the last time I booted up my old PC and it does include the IO Shield.
