Listing & General Terms

• Please raise questions before buying our items. Unless the ?Make an Offer? option is available, we are not accepting offers for that item, and will ignore any offers sent via messaging. Repeated messages from the same user may be blocked
• Unless otherwise noted, or marked "As-Is?, "Parts Only?, or ?Parts for Repair?, our items are in 100% functional condition when they leave this location. They are tested and working
• eBay automatically rejects buyers with multiple Non-Paying bidder ?NPB? strikes on their account. We will also cancel your purchase, if you do not immediately pay for your item. This can lead to an NPB strike, and you will be blocked from purchasing with us in the future
• Sales taxes are assessed to the buyer based on eBay's policies. I have nothing to do with sales tax and have no control over what taxes are or are not assessed on you. I cannot refund it to you. If you have any questions about sales tax, please contact eBay customer service
• We fight fraud actively. This includes delaying shipments for new accounts, recording serial numbers and identifying marks for items, maintaining meticulous records of: item pictures, pickup/delivery receipts, shipment labels, addresses, dates of delivery and delivery confirmations, etc., and fighting chargeback fraud to the fullest extent. If fraud is attempted on our listings, we will work with eBay and law enforcement in both jurisdictions (ours and buyer destination) to recoup our losses. Please do not attempt to defraud us of our money and property; we are a small eBay seller, not a corporation.
• If you email us requesting an address change after payment, we will assume the transaction is defective or fraudulent. We will have to cancel your transaction and refund it. If you desire, you may fix your address and repurchase the relisted item.

Returns

• All sales are final, so please be sure this is something you want before you buy it
• Items are presented fairly, we work hard to describe the condition accurately. We include many pictures for you to make your own assessment of condition. Given the hard work we put into our listings, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason
• The only exception to the return policy is if the item is damaged during shipping. If damage occurs during shipping, please send us a message with a description of the damage and pictures from various angles. We will guide you through the returns process, and will usually be able to issue you a full refund
