Q:  Is the rod pictured the one that I will purchase?
A:  No, that rod has been sold.  You will receive a very similar rod, fresh out of the factory tube. This rod has never been cast. The serial number is 255950.

Q:  How do I know the rod is sold through an authorized dealer and will have a valid warranty?

A:  You will see many rods advertised on eBay that include a blank warranty card. These cards are worthless unless they are sold through an authorized dealer. You can confirm we are an authorized Winston dealer by visiting the Winston website. If you find a seller with "new" merchandise at great prices make sure the seller is an authorized dealer.  Buyer beware, if you cannot confirm the seller is an authorized dealer, you can be almost certain that the product is gray market merchandise or used goods being sold as "new" by a private seller - unlikely to have a valid warranty. In the case of a broken Winston, this is a potential $150.00 plus mistake!
