Connecting piston and crankshaft: The 6254 connecting rod connects the piston and crankshaft to transmit the up and down motion from the piston to the crankshaft, thereby driving the normal operation of the engine.
Standard length: With a standard length of 3.308 inches, it is suitable for specific engine configurations and keeps the piston in its normal operating position.
Providing stability: Billet Aluminum's connection rods offer the advantages of strength and lightweight, helping to improve engine performance and stability.
Applicability: Adapted to Predator 212cc engines for different application scenarios, such as upgrades, repairs or performance optimizations.
Suitable engines: Suitable for Hem 60363 and non-HEM 69730 Predator 212cc engines.
Piston position: Keep the piston in its current position to correct the factory average piston position of the Predator 212cc engine in the lower edge of the block below.020 to.025.
Different specifications of the connection rod:
6254 Std. Rod: Keep the piston in the same position.
6256 +020 Rod: Raises the piston 0.020 inches to increase the compression ratio.
6252 +040 Rod: Raises the piston 0.040 inches, mainly for non-HEM 69730 engines, when installing the flat top piston, the compression height of the flat top piston is shorter, so this connection rod raises the piston to the top of the cylinder.
