Flowers and Orchids

       From c1880s comes this pair of wonderful original colour lithographic prints of several variety's of Orchids with all printed text in old German style script – species ranging from Ophrys Arachnites to Orchis Militaris and many others. Quality of the prints are overall very good. Printed on aging off white ( more light brown ) thick woven paper. A natural central fold line and the back without any other text or pictures. An excellent example of printing technique from the Victorian age.
