Condition Observations:  Used punch and chisels in good working condition, except the one mentioned which seems to be broken off.   The mechanics work well.  There are some minor cosmetic imperfections and signs of use, including surface scratches and rust spotting.  Generally clean, with some typical signs of use.  Please admire pictures.
