| Shipping and Customs |
Items are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment has been received (excluding weekends). We also provide combined shipping, so please send us a message about shipping cost, or if you buying multiple items so that we are aware and can send you a proper invoice afterwards. For customs on all purchases, we declare the sold value of the merchandise as required by the customs form as per eBay policy, legal requirements and for insurance purposes. Any import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your Country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to any bidding or purchases. |
| Returns |
Return request must be opened withing seven (7) days after the receipt of the item. Returns are only accepted if an item is damaged or the wrong item was sent to you. We will refund or replace it at no charge (Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs). If you have a problem with any of the items you purchased from us or if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before leaving feedback, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible and do out best in resolving the situation. All items must be returned in it's original packaging and condition as received. Please note that technical issues on the user's end are not valid reasons to return an item, and these cases will be charged restocking fees. If an item is returned and passes testing, it will not be accepted as defective. |
