**** These came from our printing company that we owned and operated for over 45 years they were used as trays or a drawer to house LED letters for type setting when you used to hand type set print. I know many of the newer generation have no idea how printing was even done 50 years ago it's amazing the way it changed.... anyways many people today use these to hang on their wall to put trinkets or pictures or things of that nature... I used one to make a table in order to Showcase some little items I wanted to show off,  it's really cool and unique.
