A superb album where you can enjoy the sticky vocals of Brenda Reed and the works of Lieber & Stoller and Bert Burns.
Their debut album includes the group's signature song "Tell Him," which reached No. 4 in the United States from 1962 to 1963.
This group is famous for its sticky vocals by Brenda Reed, and it is also famous for being composed by Lieber & Stoller, but this supreme song "Tell Him", written by Bert Burns under the name Bert Russell, can be considered a New York version of the Marvelettes. It looks like it's ready to be called.
This is a great CD, with five songs not included in the album included as bonus tracks, including ``Do-Wah-Diddy,'' which is well-known for its cover by Manfred Mann.
