Made from quality cast iron, this reversible griddle pan can be used with gas and electric hobs indoors or outdoors on your BBQ in the summer.
Ridged or Flat Surface:
This large griddle pan has 2 cooking surfaces. One side is ridged for searing and cooking meats to perfection and chargrilling vegetables. Turn it over to cook on the flat griddle pan, which is ideal for frying off mushrooms and tomatoes or cooking griddle pan pancakes.
Both sides of the griddle pan have non-stick surfaces for easy cooking and easy cleaning.

Warming Tips:
a, When using the pan for the first time, apply a thin layer of vegetable oil to the surface and pre-heat slowly to season the pan.
b, After use, clean the pan with hot water and a soft cloth or stiff nylon brush. Never clean the griddle pan in a dishwasher or use detergents to clean it.
c, Towel dry immediately and apply a light coating of oil while still warm to keep seasoned and prevent any rusting.
Cast iron is naturally non-stick so there is no 'coating' on this pan. If you experience surface peeling it is not the non-stick surface coming away, it is burnt oil and may be the result of insufficient cleaning or over oiling during seasoning.
