Measures 14.25 x 14.75 x 16.75 inches tall overall.  Solid wood of which most is oak.  Finish has been restored.  It has both original hinges and the lid is offset to ask as a backrest.  Included is a blue gray metal chamber pot with some noted rust at the top edge as well as a nice fitting wooden lid the fits in the smooth round cutout in the toilet seat.  The pot hangs from 4 wooden pieces and there is not a bottom to it.  While I do not know it's exact age it was bought by my mother in a house dating back to the Civil War years.
