I have tried to identify the branch of service these appear to be most applicable to, however it is not exact as members of one branch may receive commendations from other branches and some service members serve in multiple branches.

You are buying a  sheet of scale water slide decals from BAD MOTHER TATTOOS AND CUSTOMS.  

DETAILS

Decal Type: Waterslide

Backing Color: Clear

Sheet Size (approximate):  2.5 x 4.25 inches

White Backing – Decals will show on any colored surfaces, decal must be cut out precisely as everything white on sheet will show as white when applied.

Scale:  Intended for 6 inch figures (1/12) and 3.75 inch figures (1/18);  Scale is relative to the placement / use of the decal.  A 1/12 back tattoo may work as an arm tattoo on a 1/6 figure.

Intended Use:  Ribbons on dress uniforms

Waterslide decals will not work nor are they intended for use on human skin.

The decals are printed on a continuous sheet and will require you to cut them out.

These decals are on white backing so they will work on any colored surface.
