The Gorgeous Lace is a True Royal Blue, the Green Satin Bow is attached in the front, this is a full circle dress with a stiff hem (could be horse hair) to keep it's Circle Shape. The Green Lining and slip rustle like Taffeta and there is an attached layered Green Crinoline Tulle Slip attached. A Long Metal Zipper and Metal hook and eye attached at the low scoop back.
