The Wurlitzer Kit 169, 169A and 169B Remote Volume Controls are designed to be used in models
2600, 2610, 2700, 2710, 2800, 2810, 2900, 2910, 3000, 3010, 3100, 3110, 3200, 3210, 3300, 3310, 3400, 3410 and 3460.
These models use stereo amplifiers type 543, 544, 545, 546, 546B, 547, 548, 549 and 550.

This listing is for just the Motor Assembly # 121006 seen in the photos. 
I have no way to test this motor - I assume the two capacitors need to be replaced.
