We want you to be totally happy with your purchase, however in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, email us with the picture of the damaged item, we will replace it free of charge. If the customer wishes to return the mirror for any other reason, notify us within 14 days of receipt of the mirror. Items should be returned in the original packaging with a proof of delivery at the buyer's cost.
