Obverse: Girl's head, with flowers held in hand. Along the circumference at bottom, in Hebrew, the words "as arrows in the hands of a mighty man". On gold medal, this side is painted with enamel.

Reverse: Young couple dancing. Along the circumference at right, the passage "so are the children of one's youth" and the source "Psalms" in Hebrew.

Edge: State emblem with the words "STATE OF ISRAEL' in Hebrew on the right and in English on the left and serial number. Bronze/tombac medal - "BRONZE" in Hebrew and English; Silver medal - "Silver 935" in Hebrew and English; gold medal - milled.

Serialization: Bronze/tombac and silver medals are numbered.
