This is a new stainless steel 3/8 diameter smooth snaffle bit with engraved German Silver loose shanks made by Les Vogt in the Dee ring style popularized by Don Dodge. This beautifully hand engraved floral German silver overlay bit features a 3/8 diameter by 6 inches wide snafffle mouthpiece. This is a heavy snaffle weighing 1 pound 9.5 ounces with engraved German Silver overlay and a copper inlaid mouth in a forward set tube mount. This Performax heavy snaffle bit features Dee rings that are 3 inches x 1/2 inch in diameter with 1-1/4 inch precision tube swivel hinges. The bit features Les Vogt's original design straight bar show mouthpiece that measures 6 inches wide which provides the advantages of weight for release and balance, combined with increased soft feeling from a wider mouth. This bit was specially designed to increase performance by precision combinations. Like all Les Vogt products, the fit, finish, and quality of this piece of quality tack is second to none.
