The radio will only meet this rating if fully assembled and all rubber seals and sealing plugs are well maintained and correctly fitted. This means that the speaker microphone is attached or the sealing plug is fitted, and the battery pack (or tray) and antenna are attached and securely fastened. Operating time (in hours): 12 hours based on 5% transmitting, 5% receiving and 90% waiting in low power mode. Unit must only be used in country of purchase. • Uniden does not accept returns for change of mind or mere dissatisfaction. If you find you are having an issue with your product we would urge you to contact the Uniden helpline on 1300366895. Our helpline is open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. 

• Once payment has been confirmed the order is unable to be stopped from leaving the warehouse. You can create a return request through the resolution centre and the item is to be returned to us within 14 days of delivery completely unused, unopened and sealed in the original box. We will issue a reply paid address for the item to be sent back.
