Prototype jersey was created in December 2014 as the team's first attempt at redesigning their uniforms as they were rebranding to the Arizona Coyotes

This includes the first instance of the paw print shoulder patches being put on their jersey. There are minor changes from this jersey compared to what was initially released in listing the following:

- No red outlines on the sleeve numbers

- Tighter laces around the neckline 

- Darker, less bold, and less number of collar logos

- Slightly darker shade of red of the overall jersey

Fully stitched name, numbers, and logos. Includes a fight strap
