A handsome vintage London view watercolor by British watercolorist Wycliffe Egginton (1875–1951). It is a view of Chelsea Old Church as seen from the Thames River embankment at Cheyne Walk. The horse drawn coal cart and early automobile would date it to the early twentieth century.

Good sized, overall measurements are 18 x 22 1/2 inches and it is signed on the reverse with the artist's surname, included are fragments of the original mat that include title and artist's name. It is painted on good watercolor paper that has toned to a cream color and has a small tear in the lower right corner that would be matted out, otherwise in excellent condition.
