This headlight assembly is a genuine OEM part designed for use in 2004-2007 Ford Freestar and Mercury Monterey vehicles. It is intended for the front left side of the vehicle and is certified by both SAE and DOT. This assembly does include mounting hardware slide lock brackets and is specifically designed for use in these 2 brands of Minivans

This headlight was removed from a 2004 Ford Freestar and is in good used condition. Upper marker bulb is missing. Main headlight bulb is intact and functions as it should. Turn lamp is intact and functions as it should.
