Author Biography

Noelle Camara was born in Belize and grew up in Southern California. She is thrilled to share her recent embarkment on writing children's books. Noelle received her bachelor's degrees in digital marketing and sustainability from Oregon State University. Her passion for reading was sparked at a young age, so she shared her joy with her three children. Throughout her life, Noelle has consistently harbored a deep-seated enthusiasm for creativity. She hopes to create new characters, worlds, and stories to educate and bring her readers smiles. Kooky Rascals (Learn to Count) is the first in many books to help ignite the excitement of learning and the endless possibilities of fun for young children.
