This vintage tribal piece of jewelry is intricate and handmade. The main pendant is a sort of vessel with a closure on the top to possibly hold some sort of liquid or powder perhaps. There are two blue stones adorned on the main part of the item as well. It is unclear what type of metal this is. Please see photos for fine detailed and work.

This appears to be similar to some of the Kuchi jewelry which is known to come from regions of Afghanistan. However, I am not an expert and cannot say for certain that's where it is from.
