Neat novelty cigarette ash tray. It doesn't seem to work... I tried fresh batteries and it did nothing (Requires 1 C battery). It is about 6" x 6.5" and 7.5" tall (with removable 4" boot) I can't tell if the boot is leather or a type of plastic... There is some signs of use and the grating, bottom of boot, and removable ash bin.
