Front Side of Grate measures 16 1/4" by 18 1/4" - Fits a hole that is at least 16" x 13 7/8"

This grate is rusty but it is solid and very sturdy, I would not be afraid to walk across it without causing any damage. Louvers open and close but desperately need lubricant to make these movements easier.. The last picture shows a close up picture of the lever used to open and close the louvers, the end of this lever may be broken off. I really can not tell, but it does stick out far enough it can still be used to open and close louvers. Please examine pics for more description. Reasonable offers considered.
