The bookends are exact replicas of the famous "End of the Trail" statue sculpted by James Earle Fraser for the San Francisco Panama-Pacific Exposition in 1915. Made, circa 1920s. The statue depicts a native American Indian on horseback with lance and measure 5.875" H, 5.25" W, 1.875" D.
