The colors are great, the condition is a bit marginal.  There are several small scuffs to the granite and there are also several rust holes though the metal, so it will not hold water unless you want to use for a sprinkler.

The overall length is about 15". The dipper cup is 5 1/2" x 3".

 It is a very nice colorful example with a few minor issues.
